The present invention relates to a method for machining a nozzle hole of an injector, which can restore a deformed nozzle hole of the injector to be similar to an original state in an easy and simple manner, thereby recovering the injection performance of the deteriorated injector and recycling the injector. The method includes the steps of mounting the nozzle of the injector on a fixing jig; measuring a dimension of the deformed portion of the nozzle hole mounted on the jig and determining a machining dimension; grinding the surface of an end portion of the nozzle hole; applying an abrasive onto the outer surface of a rod having a pointed portion, inserting the rod into the nozzle hole, and rotating the rod to grind a diameter portion of the nozzle hole; machining the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle hole with a micro drill; and testing the end portion of the nozzle hole which is machined. |
