<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch to an auxiliary power supply in the case of power failure of a commercial power supply by loading an electrically-driven movable shelf apparatus with the auxiliary power supply formed by a rechargeable battery including an automatic switching part within the rechargeable battery, such as a lithium ion rechargeable battery or a lead storage battery.SOLUTION: An auxiliary power supply 10 formed by a rechargeable battery including an automatic switching part within the rechargeable battery such as a lithium ion rechargeable battery or a lead storage battery is installed in one shelf of an electrically-driven movable shelf apparatus T including a plurality of shelves A-E. A power transmission cable 11 from a commercial power supply is connected in parallel to the automatic switching part 12 within the rechargeable battery of the auxiliary power supply 10 and a battery 13 within the rechargeable battery, and the automatic switching part 12 within the rechargeable battery is connected to a movable shelf control part 1. The automatic switching part 12 within the rechargeable battery and the battery 13 within the rechargeable battery are installed so as to be connected to each other and disconnected from each other, and the movable shelf control part 1 is connected to a movable shelf constituting electric member 14.</p> |
