<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder capable of stably neutralizing a sheet fed from a sheet loader, and an image reading device including the same, and an image formation apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A manual paper feed unit 46 includes a manual tray 46A. A sheet P loaded on the manual tray 46A is fed to a manual sheet transport path 460 by a paper feed roller 461. The manual feed unit 46 includes an actuator 62 that includes an abutment portion 64. The actuator 62 is supported by a housing while being able to fluctuate. The abutment portion 64 fluctuates and a spring abutment portion 642B of the abutment portion 64 abuts on a neutralizing spring 80 in response to abutment of the sheet P transported from the manual tray 46A on a sheet abutment portion 642A of the abutment portion 64. The neutralizing spring 80 is grounded in advance, and the electric charge of the sheet P is removed from the neutralizing spring 80 via the abutment portion 64.</p> |
