PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device for an electrode material capable of preventing wrinkles from remaining in boundary parts between a covered part and non-covered parts after press-processing and a press-processing method.SOLUTION: An electrode material 12 is configured to have a covered part 13 in which an electrode layer 11 is provided on the surface of a current collector material 10 and non-covered parts 14 in which the electrode layer 11 is not provided on the surface of the current collector material 10, and has the covered part 13 and the non-covered parts 14 formed in a belt-like shape in the longitudinal direction of the current collector material 10. A press device for the electrode material 12 includes: first roll parts 21 for pressing the covered part 13 from both of the front and rear sides; and second roll parts 22 for pressing the non-covered parts 14 from both of the front and rear sides. |
