PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curvature correction mechanism in which the variation in pressurizing force against a pressurized member due to the tolerance variation of the pressurized member is suppressed and to provide an optical scanner and an image forming apparatus, using the curvature correction mechanism. SOLUTION: The curvature correction mechanism includes: supporting projections 52aY which serve as supporting means to support a reflecting mirror by abutting on the rear surface of the reflecting mirror at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting mirror; plate spring members 54Y which serve as pressurizing members to forcibly curve the reflecting mirror by exerting force in the direction perpendicular to the reflecting mirror on the mirror surface of the reflecting mirror at points in the longitudinal direction different from the supporting positions by the projections 52aY; and a first thrusting means 71Y which forcibly curve the reflecting mirror reversely in the direction to which the first forcibly curving means curves the mirror by thrusting perpendicularly to the mirror surface at the center of the longitudinal direction of the reflecting mirror, wherein a plate spring supporting projection which serves as a pressurizing member fixing means on which the plate spring member is fixed is provided on the side of the mirror face of the reflecting mirror.
