The present invention relates to an advanced oxidation water treatment apparatus including a control system, and a water treatment process using same and, more particularly, to an advanced oxidation water treatment apparatus including a control system that decomposes a pollutant which is present in inlet water with an OH radical which is generated through reaction between hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet rays, and to a water treatment process using same. According to the advanced oxidation water treatment apparatus including a control system and the water treatment process using same according to the present invention, the amount of radiation of a UV lamp and the input amount of the hydrogen peroxide can be controlled by change in input flow rate, and the excess hydrogen peroxide that remains after the advanced oxidation reaction can be efficiently removed by using chlorine.
