The arrangement has a coupling element provided with a standard valve body in fluid communication with a valve seat adapter, which is connected with a stop valve (1). A fluid guide element (5) receives a fluid medium coaxial to the stop valve, which replaces the coupling element with a fluid guide socket, a closing part and a handle. A modified part of the standard valve body is connected with a hydraulic actuatable valve and a thread for the stop valve. A closure part is used as back-flow preventers.
