FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to virology, and concerns preventing HIV infection, preventing and treating HIV-caused or HIV-associated diseases, including AIDS using integrated approaches. That is ensured by administering a composition containing one or more antiretroviral preparations in combination with an activated-potentiated form of antibodies against an immune system protein or peptide that interacts with HIV or the content and/or functional activity of which changes with HIV infection.EFFECT: method provides the effective inhibition of HIV replication with decreasing the concentration of the antiretroviral preparations and increasing the lymphocyte concentration in the given group of patients.17 cl, 2 tbl |
