Disclosed are an M2M modem using voice call, an M2M device comprising said M2M modem, and an M2M system comprising said M2M device. The M2M modem comprises an interface unit, a memory unit, a communication module and a central control unit. The interface unit is connected to an electric meter reading module for generating meter reading information so as to receive meter reading information. The memory unit stores the meter reading information therein. The communication module may convert the meter reading information such that the information can be transmitted via voice call of a wireless communication network or may interpret the signal transmitted via the voice call. The central control unit processes and controls signals among the interface unit, the memory unit and the communication module. As described above, the M2M modem may individually connect to an external remote meter reading server via the voice call of a wireless communication network, thus data recovery processes and program change processes in the remote meter reading server can be easily performed. |
