The present invention relates to an apparatus for converting a jungganbo music, and a system and a method for managing a jungganbo music using the apparatus for converting a jungganbo music. The apparatus for converting a jungganbo music comprises a music obtaining unit obtaining a jungganbo music in an image obtaining method or a data input method; a music converting unit converting the jungganbo music into a staff notation according to a conversion standard between the jungganbo and the staff notation which is registered in advance; and a data outputting unit outputting the staff notation on a screen or transferring the staff notation to an external device.
