PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a functional component mounting structure that can turnably mount a functional component to a bracket with a simple structure and can improve the turn operability and to obtain a motorcycle. SOLUTION: A lamp mounting device 10 includes the bracket 12 that is fixed to a handle 2 of a motorcycle 1 by a mounting a screw 26 and a nut 28. The bracket 12 is provided with a connecting member 14 turnably connected centering on with a shaft 34A of a bolt 34. An oval opening 42 is formed in the connecting member 14, and a fore-end 26B of the shaft 26A of the mounting screw 26 projects from the bracket 12 and inserted in the opening 42 in the condition of fixing the bracket 12 to the handle 2. The turning range of the connecting member 14 to the bracket 12 is restricted by touching the fore-end 26B of the mounting screw 26 to the inner wall of the opening 42.
