The present invention relates to an exterior material panel assembly, which is coupled to outer walls of all sorts of buildings for finishing outer walls of buildings, and a method for finishing an outer wall of a building using the same. The exterior material panel assembly of the present invention comprises a support panel fixed to an outer wall of a building; a base panel coupled to the front surface of the support panel; an exterior material panel having a waterproof layer formed on the front surface of the base panel; and multiple panel support elements. The panel support element comprises a fixing nail fixed on the outer wall; an outer wall fixing member having a head located on other end of the fixing nail in order to meet the front border of the support panel; a coupling nail whose one end is inserted and coupled in a removable way into an insertion hole formed on the head of the outer wall fixing member; and an exterior material panel supporting member having a head located on other end of the coupling nail in order to meet the front border of the exterior material panel. A coupling groove is formed on one of the support panel and the exterior material panel, and a coupling projection is formed on the other one of the two panels to be coupled to the coupling groove. |
