PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing foreign particles from a printed circuit board and a method for removing foreign particles from a printed circuit board.SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing foreign particles from a printed circuit board includes: a vibration generating unit vibrating a printed circuit board; a vacuum sucking unit formed over the printed circuit board and removing the foreign particles from the printed circuit board; and a controlling unit controlling the vibration generating unit and the vacuum sucking unit.
