<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting device includes a lower configuration element, an upper configuration element, and a bonding layer which bonds the lower configuration element to the upper configuration element. The lower configuration element includes a thin transistor layer, a light emitting device layer, and a passivation layer which are laminated on one side of a lower substrate facing the bonding layer without a separate adhesive. The upper configuration element includes a touch sensor, a light shielding layer, and a color filter layer which are laminated on one side of the upper substrate facing the bonding layer without the separate adhesive. The organic light emitting device according to the present invention implements a flexible device by reducing a thickness and a curvature by decreasing the number of the bonding layers in comparison with the existing device.</p> |
