The present invention relates to a flat LED lighting device, wherein the flat LED lighting device can be used as small and medium-sized imaging equipment indoors (studio) or outdoors to take a photo or video, can easily release heat, and is thin and small in volume. The flat LED lighting device, according to the present invention, comprises: an LED module for irradiating light in a forward direction; a flat-type first housing which is spaced from the LED module so as to form a convection section from which heat generated from the LED module is released; a fixing member for coupling the LED module and the first housing; and a circuit board which controls the LED module and is mounted on the first housing spaced from the LED module by putting the convection section therebetween. |
