There has been the problem that, when transmit power control is performed so as to compensate for a fixed path loss regardless of type of transmission signal, if the destination differs according to type of transmit power, reception is not performed at a receiving end with a suitable received power. In the present invention, a terminal device has a transmit power control unit which determines a transmit power. The transmit power control unit has at least two types of calculation formulae for transmit power used in determining the transmit power, and when transmitting a scheduling request to one of a plurality of base stations, the transmit power is determined on the basis of one of the calculation formulae, and when transmitting the information to one of the other base stations, the transmit power is determined on the basis of another calculation formula that is different from the one above-mentioned calculation formula. The terminal device has a transmission unit which, on the basis of the determined transmit power, transmits data. |
