The present invention relates to a stretching exercise device which comprises a support frame, a pair of stretching units which are fixed to the support frame to allow the rotation of each end thereof, a belt in which one end is fixed to the support frame, and an automatic bar unit which has an automatic bar locking or releasing the belt. The stretching exercise device facilitates portability and storage by simplifying the structure thereof and reducing weight, allows a user to adjust a stretching state, and enables the user to easily carry out stretching regardless of muscular strength. |
