The present invention relates to a foot massager for a vehicle, which receives power and operates through combination with a power connection device installed on a floor mat inside the vehicle. The foot massager for a vehicle related to the present invention comprises: a main body having a plurality of acupressure rollers installed on the upper side thereof and a connection port formed on the lower side thereof, wherein the plurality of acupressure rollers rotates by a motor and the connection port receives power for driving the motor; and a power connection part which is installed on a fixed mat built into a bottom surface inside the vehicle and fixes the main body to the bottom surface inside the vehicle, and which is electrically connected with the connecting port and receives power from a battery of the vehicle to supply the power to the main body.
