A composite material consisting of a hydrophobic polysaccharide and a hydroxyapatite concocted and mineralized by a collagen, the preparation method thereof comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving one or more commercially available type I collagen, type II collagen and type III collagen in the phosphoric acid of 0.01 mol/L-0.5 mol/L, uniformly mixing to produce a solution having the concentration of 0.1%-10.0% (w/w); (2) stirring and mixing the commercially available hydrophobic polysaccharide and the collagen in the collagen solution by the mass ratio of (1-10): (10-1) to form a composite component; (3) stirring the composite component at the temperature of 1℃-40℃ for 0.5 h-24 h, then weighing the commercially available calcium chloride by the mass ratio of (1-10): (10-1) between the collagen and the calcium chloride, adding the calcium chloride to the composite component, and then stirring for 0.5 h-24 h, using an alkali solution to obtain a final pH value of 6-8, then stirring for 12 h, cross-linking, dewatering and shaping the obtained material in a rectangular groove less than 60 meshes to obtain the composite material. The composite material is stable, hard and porous, and has good biocompatibility, thus facilitating skeleton reconstruction for injured skulls, facies frontalis bones, nasal bones and finger bones. |
