<p>The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing cancers using phospholipids. Particularly, the present invention can be effectively used in determining malignity of a tissue by measuring and applying standardized peak strength values with respect to each of m/z 798.0-799.0 of a positive ion mode or 34:1 [M+K]+(m/z: 798.6) of phosphatidylcholine, 524.0-525.0 of a positive ion mode or 18:1 [M+H]+(m/z: 524.4) of lysophosphatidylserine), and m/z 518.0-519.0 of a positive ion mode or 18:3 [M+H]+(m/z: 518.4) of lysophosphatidylcholine using lipid MALDI mass spectrometry (MS) with respect to biopsy tissues, which sometimes are difficult to make an accurate diagnosis with existing pathologic methods.</p> |
