The present invention relates to a debris barrier structure for preventing disasters caused by soil (1). The debris barrier structure (400) includes a hanging member (100) dispersing energy by blocking the soil (1) and a pneumatic standing device which is installed in the lower part of the hanging member (100) and blocks the soil (1) by standing the hanging member (100) by being expanded. The present invention minimizes the disaster caused by the soil by reducing mobility of the soil and preventing the flow of a river normally.
