The present invention relates to a soundproof wall construction system and a construction method using the same, wherein soundproof panels arranged in a stack in support spans can be strongly fixed against shock or vibration by installing a fixating member that includes a release prevention apparatus and a clamp. The present invention provides the soundproof wall construction system and the construction method thereof, wherein the soundproof wall construction system comprises: a support horizontal control apparatus that includes a mold, an anchor bolt, a height adjustable nut that is screwed to upper screw threads of the anchor bolt, a horizontal control panel that is connected to the upper part of the height adjustable nut, and a first release prevention apparatus that is connected to the anchor bolt; a foundation structure that is formed by placing concrete into the mold of the support horizontal control apparatus; a support that is fixed by connecting a nut and a washer of the first release prevention apparatus after inserting a base plate in the anchor bolt protruding from the upper part of the foundation structure; soundproof panels that are arranged in a stack in spans between the supports; the clamp which is equipped with a pressure plate that is attached to the outer side of the soundproof panel, a fixating panel that is attached to the web side of the support, a boss protruding from the pressure plate, and a second release prevention apparatus that is screwed to hollow screw threads of the boss, wherein its one end contacts the inner part of a second flange through rotation and the other end presses the pressure plate of the clamp in order to fix the soundproof panel; and a stopper cap that shields an upper open space of the support by covering the upper part of the support.
