Disclosed are a stretchable electric device and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises forming coil lines on a first substrate; forming a stretchable insulating layer which covers the coil lines; forming a second substrate on the first stretchable insulating layer; separating the first substrate from the first stretchable insulating layer and the coil line; and forming a transistor on the coil lines.
