Provided is an antibody-drug conjugate which can be used as an anti-tumor agent having an excellent anti-tumor effect and high safety, said conjugate being characterized in that an anti-tumor compound represented by formula (1) is bound to an antibody through a linker having a structure represented by the formula: -L1-L2-LP-NH-(CH2)n1-La-Lb-Lc- or the formula: -L1-L2-LP- (wherein the antibody is bound at the terminal of L1, the anti-tumor compound is bound at the terminal of Lc or LP, and a hydrophilic structure is contained in at least one selected from L1, L2 and LP).
