TRANSFER CONTAINER FOR PHARMACEUTICAL RECIPIENTS

The reusable container (110) has a sterilizable interior (118) including holders (126) for housing a nest (128) that stores a pharmaceutical receptacle (112). A container door (170) e.g. sliding door, removes or introduces the nest to the interior. A lock (176) i.e. bayonet lock, couples the container and a sterile chamber. The lock is designed such that opening of the door is allowed, after coupling the container to the chamber. The reusable container and the inner container are made of ceramics, glass or plastic such as fluorinated plastic. Independent claims are also included for the following : (1) a transfer system comprising a sterile lock (2) a method for filling a pharmaceutical receptacle with a pharmaceutical medium.
