PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque adjustment mechanism capable of controlling, even when using an inexpensive brush motor as a driving source of a drive mechanism, the rotation speed of the brush motor without requiring a special control mechanism to prevent the occurrence of sound in high-speed rotation; and an electronic apparatus including the torque adjustment mechanism.SOLUTION: In a torque adjustment mechanism adjusting torque of a driving shaft 26 in a driving mechanism 21 transmitting the rotation of an electric motor to the driving shaft 26 while reducing the rotation through a reduction gear mechanism, a brush motor 22 is used as the electric motor, and a viscous fluid 33 is used as lubricant of a bearing 28 rotatably supporting the driving shaft 26. In an image forming apparatus 1 including a toner container 9, the torque adjustment mechanism is provided in a driving mechanism driving the toner container 9.
