PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for executing testing of at least a portion of a system to be tested via a test access port (TAP) configured so as to access the system to be tested.SOLUTION: A first processor for executing an instruction adapted so as to control testing of at least a portion of a system to be tested via a TAP, and a second processor for supporting an interface to the TAP are included. The first processor detects a TAP related instruction related to the control of the TAP during the execution of a test instruction, and propagates the TAP related instruction to the second processor. The second processor receives the TAP related instruction detected by the first processor, and processes the TAP related instruction. The first processor is configured to execute at least one task at the same time with the processing of the TAP related instruction by the second processor. |
