摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium genus microorganism having improved L-threonine productivity and a method of producing L-threonine using the same, and more specifically, to a Corynebacterium genus microorganism having improved L-threonine productivity by reducing activity of or inactivating inherent dihydrodipicolinate synthetase and introducing activity of UDP-N-acetylmuramyl tripeptide synthetase, a method for preparing the microorganism, and a method for producing L-threonine using the microorganism. The use of the Corynebacterium genus microorganism, in which activity of UDP-N-acetylmuramyl tripeptide synthetase derived from Streptococcus pyogenes is introduced and dihydrodipicolinate synthase dapA is inactivated, can significantly improve the production yield of L-threonine, and thus can be widely applied to the efficient and economical production of L-threonine.</p>
