PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle allocation plan making method capable of relaxing arrival time so as to be hastened with respect to designation of an arrival time zone of an order, and controlling balance between observance of the designation of the time zone and reduction of the number of vehicles.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus relaxes time information in a case of delivering a package designated in delivery order information to a delivery destination, thereby calculates time relaxing effect in accordance with the increasing number of the other delivery order information which becomes to deliver the package by the same vehicle. The information processing apparatus relaxes time conditions of the delivery order information whose time relaxation effect is high. The information processing apparatus sets an upper limit for performing time relaxation, and performs time relaxation processing so that the upper limit can be satisfied, thereby it is possible to obtain balance between observance of designation of a time zone and reduction of the number of vehicles. |
