The present invention provides a mobile terminal including: a first wireless communication unit which is for communicating with a short-range communication tag storing multiple codes for financial transaction authorization; a second wireless communication unit which is for communicating with a bank server; and a control unit which determines one of the multiple codes as an authorization code for a particular financial transaction, reading the determined code from the short-range communication tag using an access key upon receiving the access key from the bank server, and transmitting the read code to the bank server to request the authorization of the particular financial transaction.
