摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element feeding device and a method for measuring the electric characteristics of a piezoelectric element which allow an inspection to be performed immediately before mounting the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: An electric characteristic measurement method uses a piezoelectric element feeding device 1 which has: a suction portion 5 for sucking one electrode surface 3a of a prepared piezoelectric element 3 on standby to be set in a placing portion of an actuator by negative pressure and transferring and placing the piezoelectric element 3 into the placing portion; and a probe 7 for measuring electric characteristics of the piezoelectric element 3, the probe 7 being movably supported on the suction portion 5 side. The electric characteristics of the piezoelectric element 3 are measured by making a front end part 7a of the probe 7 contact the one electrode surface 3a when the piezoelectric element 3 is sucked to the suction portion 5 or immediately before the sucking. The piezoelectric element 3 stands ready by being placed so that the another electrode surface 3b side is electrically connected to a standby portion 9 connected to an electric characteristics measuring unit 8, thereby connecting the probe 7 to the electric characteristics measuring unit 8 to measure the electric characteristics of the piezoelectric element 3.
