PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate internal resistance in a power storage element.SOLUTION: A battery pack comprises: a CS having a voltage measurement circuit for measuring the voltage value V of each electric cell; and a BM having a CPU. The CPU of the BM measures the voltage value V after the completion of charge/discharge (S8), and detects an extreme point PB of the voltage value V. Then, when the extreme point PB of the voltage value V is detected, a detection time TB at which the voltage value V becomes the extreme point PB is detected (S12). Then, the CPU selects a reference value K corresponding to the extreme point PB, and executes a processing of estimating the internal resistance RB of the electric cell on the basis of the detected detection time TB and the selected reference value K (S18). |
