<p>[Problem] To deliver chemical imaging with which a highly accurate signal image can be obtained without requiring precision machine control, and which is applicable to samples of at leastμm order, such as cells. [Solution] An optical electric field amplification device (1) used in a measurement method that carries out two-dimensional scanning inwards of a surface, detects, from the rear surface (10s) side, signal light from each scanning point that has been irradiated with excitation light (L1), and obtains a two-dimensional signal image of the surface on the basis of the detected signal light, said optical electric field amplification device (1) being provided with: a transparent substrate (10); a marker pattern (20) formed directly above the transparent substrate (10) and extending in a direction non-parallel to the main scanning direction of the two-dimensional scanning; and microrelief structures (30, 40) which are formed on the marker pattern (20) and the transparent substrate (10), and of which at least the surface (40s) comprises a metallic film (40).</p> |
