PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound source direction estimation device, sound source direction estimation method, and sound source direction estimation program that are able to improve processing efficiency in sound source direction estimation.SOLUTION: A sound source direction estimation device comprises: a transfer function storage section 112 configured to store a transfer function from a sound source for each sound source direction; a hierarchy number calculating section 107 configured to calculate the number of hierarchies to be searched and a search interval for each hierarchy, based on a required search range for searching a sound source direction and a required spatial resolution; and a sound source position fixing section (peak search section 110, STF processing section 111) configured to search a search range by using the transfer function for each search interval, estimate the sound source direction based on the result of the search, update the search range and search interval based on the estimated sound source direction until the number of hierarchies calculated by the calculating section is obtained, thereby estimating the sound source direction. |
