PURPOSE: A control method of a blending bunker having a 5 way step valve is provided to perform a cooling by compensating a control temperature by determining a cooling condition of both sides store-room connected to a discharge pipe neighboring a switching sequence. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a blending bunker having a 5 way step valve comprises a cooling condition judging step(S10), normal control temperature setting steps(S30,S40), and a cooling performing step(S50). In the cooling condition judging step, a control unit determines a cooling condition of both sides store room in case of a second store room and the third store room. In the normal control temperature setting step, in case both sides store-room is a cooling condition, a compensation control temperature is set about the condition. In case of besides, a normal control temperature is set about a cooling condition of both sides store-room. In the cooling performing step, the control unit performs a cooling according to a cooling condition.
