PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify an alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol with a high recovery rate and a high purity.SOLUTION: There is provided an alcohol purification apparatus for obtaining a purified alcohol from an alcohol-containing solution which comprises: a dehydrogenation membrane 33 for dehydrating the alcohol-containing solution by pervaporation or vapor permeation; first distillation means 34 for distilling the solution dehydrated with the dehydrogenation membrane 33 to obtain a purified alcohol; and second distillation means 35 for further distilling the distillation residual solution 34, where the distilled components from the second distillation means 35 is returned to the outlet side of the dehydrogenation membrane 33. |
