摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a capacity of a capacitive element by electrically connecting electrodes disposed in different layers through a minimum area and connecting two layered capacitive elements in parallel.SOLUTION: In an electro-optic device, a first capacitance electrode 16a, a first dielectric layer 16b and a second capacitance electrode 16c are layered; and a second capacitance electrode 16c, a second dielectric layer 16d and a third capacitance electrode 16e are layered. The device includes: a fourth interlayer insulating layer 11e covering the third capacitance electrode 16e; a contact hole CNT 54 penetrating the fourth interlayer insulating layer 11e; and a third relay electrode 43 disposed inside the contact hole CNT 54. An outer edge of the first capacitance electrode 16a protrudes from the second capacitance electrode 16c; an outer edge of the third capacitance electrode 16e is disposed between the outer edge of the first capacitance electrode 16a and an outer edge of the second capacitance electrode 16c; at least a part of the outer edge of the third capacitance electrode 16e is included in the region of the contact hole CNT 54; and the first capacitance electrode 16a and the third capacitance electrode 16e are connected via the third relay electrode 43.
