The present invention relates to a system, an apparatus, and a method for inducing an archery training manner. The system of the present invention comprises a heart rate monitor and an analysis device. The heart rate monitor is attached to a part of the body of an athlete, and measures the heart rate and transmits the measured heart rate. The analysis device induces an appropriate level of arousal, which is obtained by quantifying the psychological condition in which the athlete can make the best performance through the heart rate, induces levels of arousal classified by differences between the appropriate level of arousal and the heart rate, receives the heart rate when the athlete shoots from the heart rate monitor to determine the level of arousal corresponding to the received heart rate, and induces a training manner in which the athlete can maintain the appropriate level of arousal when the athlete shoots according to the determined level of arousal and the pre-induced training type. |
