<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving compound working machine tool extensively ready for a small workpiece to a large workpiece with one machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The compound working machine tool comprises a spindle head 13 for rotatably and pivotally supporting a tool 12 around a C2 shaft, and a table 19 for supporting a workpiece 18 movably in the z-axis direction. A head stock 15 is provided on the compound working machine tool, which is movable in the x-axis direction and the y-axis direction, and rotatable around a C1 shaft parallel to the z-axis direction. The spindle head 13 is supported by the head stock 15 movably along the radial direction of the C1 shaft, and rotatably around the B1 shaft parallel to the tangential direction of the C1 shaft.
