PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive coloring composition in which resolution is high and a pattern shape is favorable, and high sensitivity is possessed; a colored film formed by using the same; and a color filter including the colored film.SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring composition includes a coloring agent (A), a resin (B), a photoinitiator (C), and a monomer (D), where the photoinitiator (C) includes an oximester compound and an acyl phosphine oxide compound, and a ratio I/M of a weight I of the photoinitiator (C) to a weight M of the monomer (D) is 0.01-0.10.
