<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve support which enables a supervisor to determine a user who should be warned, even when the supervisor cannot understand conditions of a facility. <P>SOLUTION: A facility management support apparatus 1 includes an acquisition unit 1a, a determination unit 1b, a memory unit 1c, registration unit 1d, and a notification unit 1e. The acquisition unit 1a acquires voice from a sensor for collecting voice around a device operated by a user of the facility. The determination unit 1b determines whether or not a volume of the voice acquired by the acquisition unit 1a is equal to or less than a predetermined value. The memory unit 1c stores past determination results of the determination unit 1b. The registration unit 1d registers the determination results in the memory unit 1c in association with a user who is regarded as a determination target by the determination unit 1b. When the determination unit 1b determines that the volume is higher than the predetermined value, the notification unit 1e notifies a device operated by the supervisor of the facility, of a current determination result and the past determination results corresponding to the user who is regarded as the determination target this time, out of the determination results stored in the memory unit 1c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
