PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator coil structure of a rotary electric machine in which the coil end height can be made uniform, while suppressing increase in the amount of winding wire used.SOLUTION: A stator coil structure of a rotary electric machine includes a unit coil 22 formed by winding a wire between specific slots, and a crossover wire 24 traversing across other slots so as to connect two unit coils. After extending in the axial direction of the stator from the end of a slot 14, the crossover wire 24 is bent at a second angle &bgr; toward a top 28. After extending in the axial direction of the stator from the end of a slot 14, the unit coil 22 is bent at a first angle α, larger than the second angle &bgr;, toward the top 26. |
