PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a report on predefined activity associated with certain service while including meteorological information when the activity is performed.SOLUTION: When a reception unit (11) of a management server (1) receives a round report from a user from a terminal device (2), area information of an area where a round is taken place is acquired by an acquisition unit (12). A reference unit (13) refers to weather information from an external weather information server on the basis of date information included in the report and the acquired area information, and an insertion unit (14) inserts the weather information which has been referred into the report. A processing unit (16) processes the report into which the weather information is inserted as a contribution on predefined service.
