PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device with a reduced resistance difference between parallel power storage cell groups, and to provide a vehicle mounting the same.SOLUTION: A power supply device comprises a plurality of power storage cell groups CL1-CLn and CR1-CRn each including a plurality of power storage cells connected in series. The plurality of power storage cell groups CL1-CLn and CR1-CRn are provided in parallel with a load connected to the power supply device. The power storage cells belonging to the plurality of power storage cell groups are arranged adjacently and sequentially one by one from the plurality of power storage cell groups while uniforming the directions so that positive electrodes are arranged on one side and negative electrodes are arranged on the other side, and thereby, configure a power storage cell stack ST1. The power supply device further comprises a plurality of bus bars BL1-BLn-1 and BR1-BRn-1 each connecting between any one of positive electrodes and any one of negative electrodes so that the plurality of power storage cells of each of the plurality of power storage cell groups are connected in series. |
