摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain alloy powder exhibiting low coercive force and high saturation magnetization and exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and magnetic shielding properties by allowing it to have a compsn. contg., by atomic %, specified total of one or two kinds of Si and Al, specified amounts of V and Sn, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. SOLUTION: This alloy powder has a compsn. contg. one or two kinds of Si and Al by 15 to 30% in total, 0.5 to 5% V, 0.1 to 4.0% Sn, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Preferably, it is the alloy powder contg. 0.5 to 5% W instead of V and two or more kinds among V, Mo and W by 0.5 to 5% in total instead of V. Moreover, it is the alloy powder having the particle size in which the average thickness (d) is controlled to 0.02 to 0.6 μm, the particle size D50 at which the weight reaches 50% in total from the smaller side of the particle size obtd. by a particle size distribution gauge is controlled to 3 to 60 μm, and the aspect ratio (D50/d) is controlled to 20 to 500.
