The system has thermal molded products conveyed between a thermoforming machine and work stations. Palettes (5) are connected with a conveying element (6) along a conveyance direction (F) between the thermoforming machine and the work stations. A stationary mechanical stopper is arranged along the conveyance direction of the work station. A thrust ring is arranged at the palettes. The palettes are resilient supported relative to the conveying element, so that displacement is made along the conveyance direction between the palettes and the conveying element. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a system for facilitating a thermoforming machine and work stations.
