PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable tokenless biometric method for processing electronic transmission.SOLUTION: A method uses at least one user biometric sample, electronic identicator 12, and electronic rule module clearinghouse 14. A step of processing electronic transmission includes a user registration step. The user registration step includes a step in which a user registers at least one registration biometric sample extracted directly from the user himself/herself using the electronic identicator 12. The electronic rule module clearinghouse 14 generates a rule module individualized for the user.
