PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information management system and a location information estimation program which achieve seamless management of location information, by complementing location information of a portable terminal in a region in which the location information cannot be received in the portable terminal receiving the location information.SOLUTION: A location information management system comprises a portable terminal and an information management server for managing location information of the portable terminal. The portable terminal comprises operation detection means which detects operation information of an owner of the portable terminal and a location estimation parameter acquisition means which requests and acquires a location estimation parameter for estimating a location to which the own device has moved from the information management server. The location estimation parameter acquisition means transmits the operation information to the information management server when requesting the location estimation parameter. The information management server comprises location estimation parameter generation means which generates a location estimation parameter on the basis of the operation information and location estimation parameter transmission means which transmits the location estimation parameter to the portable terminal. |
