The present invention relates to a coating composition for a transparent conductive film, a transparent conductive film, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a coating composition for a transparent conductive film, a transparent conductive film, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the coating composition includes graphene oxide, a surface treatment agent which selectively removes only the epoxide group from the surface of graphene, and a polar solvent. A film with improved conductivity can be obtained using the coating compositions of the present invention, thereby the composition and a transparent conductive film using the same can be used for shielding electromagnetic waves and preventing static electricity.
