PURPOSE: A method for preparing a composition for removing algae on lawn grass is provided to enhance algae removal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a composition for removing algae on lawn grass comprises: a step of mixing water and surfactant(S101); a step of mixing the mixture solution with ethyl alcohol and stirring(S103); and a step of adding sulfur to the mixture and stirring(S105). The mixture solution contains 70-80 parts by weight of purified water and 20-30 parts by weight of surfactant. The water is purified water or sterilized water. The surfactant contains 70-90 parts by weight of N,N-didecyl-N,N-dimethyl ammonium chloride, 5-15 parts by weight of ethanol, and 5-15 parts by weight of purified water. The mixture solution further contains 1-5 parts by weight of pyroligneous liquor.
